Absolutely! Please reach out to Tavleen or Harpreet and they’ll be able to assist with coordination.
Plan to arrive on the 10th with adequate time to get ready for the Sangeet at 6pm! Check-in will be open from 2pm onwards. Plan your departure on the 13th based on a 12pm check-out time.
We’d love to see our family and friends dress up with us! Each event has its own vibe and dress code — check the Attire page for inspiration and guidance. Expect to dress your best and bring comfortable shoes, as all events will be outdoors!
Since almost all events will be hosted on the property, no additional transportation is needed once you’ve arrived. Shuttles will be provided to get to the one event outside of the property.
The nearest major airports are Florence (FLR), about 1.5 hours away, and Rome (FCO), about 2.5 hours away.
Renting a car is an easy and reliable method as driving is on the same side as North America. You may also arrange a private pickup/drop-off by reaching out to info@intour-tuscany.it
Yes, there will be parking onsite where you can safely leave your vehicle for three days!
We will provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily! Coffee and tea will be available throughout the day.
